Cathy has extensive experience of over 30 years within the property and legal sectors, having previously worked with a leading property law firm and then with Sherry FitzGerald, gaining valuable insight into the property industry and the high level of service required within it.
Working closely with Miriam Finn, Cathy plays a key role in supporting clients throughout their property journey. Her responsibilities include researching properties, liaising with agents, solicitors and other third parties, and ensuring each purchase progresses as smoothly as possible through to completion.
Cathy also coordinates contractors, interior designers and other professionals, overseeing projects and managing the many practical details involved in preparing a property. For clients relocating to Ireland, she provides invaluable support with the day-to-day practical requirements of settling into a new home, helping to make the transition as seamless and stress-free as possible.
